Cancellation of the order is divided into two cases:
First case: The customer asked the store to cancel the order before it was shipped .
Action taken based on payment method:
Apple Pay + Mada + Credit Card: The order is cancelled directly, Salla (the electronic payment service provider) will return the amount to the customer’s account within 14 working days, and Arjwan has nothing to do with the amount (the amount did not reach Arjwan).
Tabby: The order is cancelled immediately, Tabby (the installment service provider) returns the paid amount to the customer’s account and drops the upcoming payments.
Tamara: The order is cancelled directly, Tamara (the installment service provider) returns the paid amount to the customer’s account and drops the upcoming payments .
Bank transfer: The order will be cancelled immediately. Contact the customer service team (by clicking here) and send the bank details so that Arjwan Store can return the amount to the customer’s account within a maximum working period of 72 hours.
Cash on Delivery: The order is cancelled immediately.
Second case: The customer asked the store to cancel the order after it was shipped.
Action taken based on payment method:
Apple Pay + Mada + Credit Card: Do not receive the order upon arrival, Arjwan will request a refund through the payment service provider (Salla) by transferring the amount to the customer and deducting 20 riyals for the shipping cost.
Tabby: Do not receive the order upon arrival, the amount will be refunded by Tabby after deducting the shipping cost of 20 riyals.
Tamara: Do not receive the order upon arrival. The amount will be refunded by Tamara after deducting the shipping cost of 20 riyals.
Bank transfer: Do not receive the order upon arrival, contact the customer service team (by clicking here) and send the bank details so that Arjwan can transfer the amount to the customer and deduct 20 riyals for the shipping cost.
Important note: The amount will be refunded to the customer after the shipping company returns the orders to Arjwan store and we confirm receipt of them.
Important note: If the customer receives the order, the cancellation request is considered void and Arjwan Store will not transfer the amount. In this case, the customer can request a refund.
Important note: If the customer is outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and cancels the order before shipping, an amount of 50 riyals will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned. This is due to bank fees incurred on external transfers.
Important note: If the customer chooses the shipping company Salasah, Arjwan Store has the right to reject the order, cancel it, and return the full amount of money to the customer.
