Warranty policy

 

Types of warranty and duration:

 

Type I: Arjwan Products Guarantee

Two-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

Important note: Water resistance. Water-resistant products are resistant thanks to their tight seal, and this is a general matter in all international products. If the product is damaged or dropped, this will lead to the product losing its water-resistant feature. Therefore, upon receiving the product, the customer must try it directly with water. If successful, Arjwan Store is not responsible for compensating the product due to misuse.

Type II: International Products Guarantee (it has an agent in Saudi Arabia)

A guarantee of one month from receipt on manufacturing defects. The Arjwan team is contacted via WhatsApp and the problem is identified. If it is proven, Arjwan contacts the brand agent, and if compensation is accepted, an alternative product is sent to the customer.

Type III: Other products warranty (it has no agent in Saudi Arabia)

One month warranty on manufacturing defects.

 


Warranty terms and conditions:

1. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include misuse.

2. Warranty includes replacement only.

3. The replacement product is guaranteed for 24 hours.

4. The warranty does not include sub-accessories of the products.

5. The warranty for sub-products is a warranty of receipt (in the case of non-electronic products) or a warranty of operation (in the case of electronic products).

6. Warranty does not include promotional products and gifts.

7. Any scratch, damage, or exposure of the product to water voids the customer’s right to warranty and is considered misuse.

8. The customer must properly package the product with all its accessories to ensure that it arrives at the Arjwan store in its original condition. If this is not achieved, the customer’s right to exchange/return the product will be forfeited.

9. If the Arjwan team verifies that there is no problem with the product, the customer will bear “all expenses” and the products will be returned to him.

10. The customer must provide the required documents (photos + video + order number) to benefit from the warranty.

11. If a quantity of the product is not available, the customer will be contacted and the customer must choose another product of the same or greater value and the difference will be paid.


* All expenses : These are the costs resulting from the exchange and return process and the amounts deducted from the total amount for the benefit of external service companies such as shipping companies and installment service providers.

*Each product shipment from Arjun to the customer or vice versa costs 20 riyals.

*Each payment upon receipt costs 10 riyals.

*Each payment through installment service providers costs 10 riyals.

Steps to benefit from the warranty:

1. Contact the Arjwan team via WhatsApp located at the bottom of the website. (00966596761209).

2. Providing the Arjwan team with photos and videos proving the condition of the product, provided that they are in high, clear resolution and with good lighting.

3. The Arjwan team will provide you with a form to write the details of the problem.

4. The documents in the customer chat (photos + video) are reviewed by the relevant team and the request is accepted, rejected, or more details are requested.

5. Our team creates a return policy and sends the link to the customer via WhatsApp or text message.

6. The customer must verify the policy data (customer’s mobile number + name + address + description of the problem).

7. After the customer receives the return policy electronically, he must print the policy, prepare the products, and deliver them to the shipping company within 3 days.

8. The customer must package the product well to ensure that it reaches Arjwan correctly and to prevent any defect from occurring due to poor packaging. If this happens, the customer’s right to warranty is forfeited and the product is returned to the customer with “all expenses” borne by him.

9. After the shipment arrives at Arjwan, the team examines the received products and verifies the problem mentioned in the warranty application in particular.

10. After examining the product by the Arjwan team, and if the product meets the warranty standards, a replacement request will be registered for the customer at a value of zero riyals.

11. If the product does not meet the warranty standards, the customer will bear the costs of “all expenses” and the rest of the amount will be transferred to him.
